Then learn your sideswipe timing to perfection and keep your distancing in mind, and you will kill orcs much faster and safer than with a one-hander. Then depending on the situation either back off, block or make them back-off to get your next hit in. You can fight several orcs much the same way, but instead of using the blocking strat, do a well-timed side-step. Its more of a challenge, and if you play right you don't ever have to get in range of your opponent's attacks.
